2010 Audi A3 8P 2.0 TDI CR 140 Remap Stage 1 + EGR delete

We started off datalogging this A3 diesel, we noticed that the boost wasn't 100% and something wasn't right with the vehicle, alot of tuning companies will only work off if there are fault codes present, which on this Audi there wasn't any faults present.

Now this wasn't the case due to the boost logs not matching up to how it should be. Having seen this before on a couple of other VAG diesels we had a good idea what the problem was, when we checked the logs we could see the EGR valve sticking a little once the throttle was pressed... we installed a EGR blank and road tested again, problem fixed!

We then stage 1 tuned this and installed EGR delete with the right p0400 codes cleared.

Gains are around 45bhp and 90nm

2014 T5.1 VW Transporter Stage 1 Remap

The VW Transporter is a very popular vehicle to be tuned, mainly for performance gains and seeing good fuel returns.

Here at OMW we have tuned many VW Transporters being from the T4 to the T6 we also run a T5 102 as our work van so we also like them ourselves.

This VW T5 is a 102 model before tuning starts we take logs to make sure everything is looking 100% and the turbo isn't overboosting.

We then work with the customer to suite there needs to see what they really want out of there vehicles, with power MPG if the van is a work van or camper etc etc.....

With the customer wanting power and MPG gains we tuned the ECU to Stage 1 levels seeing gains of: 58bhp and 100nm

We then datalogged the ECU to make sure everything is 100% before handing over to the customer to try.

VW Emissions Scandal Bad running and poor MPG after dealer update

With a number of people getting in contact with us over the past couple of months with regards poor running after the emissions update, we have taken on a few of these cars and sorted the problems out with remapping the engines ECU.

The update applied to sort the emissions fault on some models sometimes does more bad then good. Removing the the scandal part in the software they also adjust fuel pressure and work the EGR harder.

A number of customers have taken the car back to the dealer to see if they can improve the running after the new update is applied, they all come back with no fault found and the customer is with a car worse off then before.

VW T6 Transporter 180 2.0 TDI DSG Remap

We were called out to this 2016 T6 in Braintree Essex for an engine ECU remap and DSG gearbox remap.

Van was installed with a tuning box which wasn't really doing the job with over fueling and holding back issues, this removed we started to work on the engine ecu which gains upto 30bhp and 60nm from a stage 1 remap.

We then connected to the gearbox ecu and remapped the DSG increasing torque limters and quickening up gear changes.
